The Temporary Cost Share Waiver for Treatment of Confirmed Cases of COVID-19 policy has been extended to allow cost sharing to be waived for confirmed treatments of COVID-19 until further notice. Please review the policy by clicking here as there were a few changes. This policy is applicable to in-network providers only for commercial products. This policy is applicable to in-network and out-of-network providers for Medicare Advantage plans.
