Beginning 1 de octubre de 2018, BCBSRI will implement a new procedure for skilled nursing facilities (SNF) when submitting pharmacy reimbursement requests. Requests can be emailed to snf_rx@BCBSRI.org. The SNF Pharmacy Reimbursement Request Form must be typed; handwritten entries will be returned for correction(s). BCBSRI will require one email for each claim submitted. You can download the form here.
