It was found that CPT codes 99487 & 99490 were listed in our Not Separately Reimbursed policy correctly as NSR for Commercial and Medicare effective 01/1/2022.

However, our system was not updated correctly, and providers/groups were receiving payment for these services. We went back 18 months, to 09/1/2022 and have requested to have those overpayments retracted and requested to deny as f12 not separately reimbursed.
