Effective 01/1/2020 Medicare Members who selected the new HealthMate Coast-to-Coast PPO (HealthMate) plan will have a different prefix than "ZBM".
If the member has a HealthMate plan directly through Blue Cross, their prefix is Z2M
If the member has a HealthMate plan through their group, their prefix is Z3M
