The MHK portal now has a new feature available for providers. If your office has submitted a request through MHK and there has not been a decision on that request, your office can go back to the request through the portal to attach documentation. This eliminates the extra time needed to fax your clinical documentation separately. This feature is available for open and pending authorizations.
