MHK Enhancement Update

The MHK portal now has a new feature available for providers. If your office has submitted a request through MHK, and the request has not yet been decisioned, your office can go back to the request through the portal and attach documentation. This stops the extra time having to fax your clinical documentation separately. You can now just attach it right into the case. This is only for open and pending authorizations.
