BCBSRI will soon be deploying an interactive voice response, IVR, health risk assessment survey to our Medicare Advantage population. Survey content supports social determinants of health, standardized HRA questions as well as actions taken to address patient reported needs. Automated surveys will run from the end of January into 20 de marzo21; patient responses will be shared upon completion of the survey. Please ask your case management teams to encourage patient survey participation, affirming call validity and partnership with BCBSRI. As a gentle reminder, this survey vendor, HMS Eliza, was previously utilized in 20 de julio19 and outreached roughly 21% of BCBSRI’s MA attributed population at the time.
