This policy was updated on 13 de abril de 2022. Effective for dates of service on or after 1 de julio de 2022, BCBSRI will require drugs for all claims to be filed with both a valid HCPCS/CPT code and appropriate National Drug code (NDC). Pricing will be determined off the HCPCS/CPT code and the unit of measure shall be the HCPCS/CPT code. Please refer to the payment policy for additional details here.
