BCBSRI is pleased to announce that we have entered into a new agreement with BH Link to provide urgent behavioral health services to adult BCBSRI commercial members. BH Link is a 24/7 behavioral health facility which offers immediate assistance to individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis. A team of registered nurses, counselors, psychiatrists, phone screeners, and peer specialists provide innovative crisis intervention services for up to 23 hours followed by connecting to ongoing treatment if needed.
