Health insurer has received highest member satisfaction ranking by J.D. Power

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (12 de noviembre de 2021) – Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island (BCBSRI) members have rated the health insurer #1 in member satisfaction among commercial health plans in the Northeast region in the J.D. Power 2021 U.S. Commercial Member Health Plan Satisfaction Study. J.D. Power is a global marketing research company that analyzes customer satisfaction in numerous industries. BCBSRI achieved its highest scores in the areas of coverage and benefits, provider choice, and information and communications.
