New mail order pharmacy

Beginning 1 de enero, Express Scripts Pharmacy is the new mail order provider for BCBSRI non-Medicare members.

Non-expired prescriptions with refills left at AllianceRx Walgreen Prime have been moved automatically to Express Scripts (except controlled substances and regulated medications).

To get started with Express Scripts:

1. Set up your digital account by visiting esrx.com/BCBSRI or by calling 1-833-721-1627. You’ll need your BCBSRI member ID number.
2. Tell your doctor to send new home delivery prescriptions to Express Scripts Pharmacy.
