A new and updated Employer Billing Center page has been introduced, in an effort to improve the user experience of your employer groups. The important billing information they need is now just a couple clicks away.
To see these latest updates, have your company reps log into the portal to the “View Payment Status” page, using the left-hand menu. They’ll see their most recent bill’s information at the top of the screen. If your client’s company has multiple groups, they are easily accessed through an intuitive drop-down menu. As premium payments are processed, it’s reflected in the status, at the top of the page.
This simplification makes it easy for employers to see what is owed as well as to determine whether they have an outstanding balance.
