Alongside your clients’ account representative, a dedicated Medicare rep from Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island (BCBSRI) will help you facilitate the delivery and completion of renewal materials for your clients.
The Medicare rep will also provide you with ongoing client support, including group retiree pre-renewal meetings to formally review annual plan changes, and Medicare 101 sessions as needed to help your clients’ employees transition into Medicare plans and improve their overall experience.

Our Consumer Engagement Team at BCBSRI will now serve as your existing clients’ key point of contact for ongoing Medicare questions and plan issues.
The Consumer Engagement Teams will also support your clients’ retirees, conduct open enrollment presentations, and attend member fairs as group retiree specialist.

Reps at every “Your Blue Store” retail location are trained to answer questions about group retiree product offerings. And our Medicare Concierge Team handles retiree products exclusively—including group products —giving your clients more administrative support than ever before.
