Soon, Individual Medicare brokers will be able to enter enrollments, check application status, and access their entire Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island (BCBSRI) book of business—no phone calls or outside assistance needed. It’s all due to Broker Central, a new portal we are launching on 26 de marzo de 2021 that will run on the Salesforce platform.
In addition to simplifying your experience as a broker, Broker Central will be your connection to the VUE commissions portal. Going forward, this will be the only way to access VUE. Your current link will no longer work. Instead, you will log in to Broker Central and click a link that will connect you directly to your VUE dashboard, with no additional sign-in needed.
To access our secure system, you will need to create an account on Broker Central and download the Salesforce Authenticator app from your preferred app store. (Salesforce Authenticator is used to protect the security of information available through the portal.) Prior to 26 de marzo, BCBSRI will send a welcome email with instructions for creating your Broker Central account. You can download Salesforce Authenticator at any time. Please watch for the email and create your account as directed. And please remember: As of 26 de marzo, your new Broker Central account will be the only way to reach the VUE commissions portal.
