Upcoming portfolio updates for enero 2026 in the individual market

Effective 1 de enero de 2026, we are making the following changes:

• New plan offering – We are introducing a new plan, BlueCHiP Direct 7000/14000. This plan will be available to members who purchase directly from BCBSRI and on HealthSource RI.
• Plan discontinuation – We will be discontinuing the BasicBlue Direct 5500/11000 plan. Members currently enrolled in this plan will be automatically transitioned to the VantageBlue Direct 6000/12000 plan in enero 2026.
